Digital Products & No Physical Returns
Everything sold on HerCreativeLife is an instant digital download โ printable planners, trackers, journals, cards, and recipe books, plus access to our online tools. Nothing is physically shipped.
Because there is no physical item, there is nothing to return. This policy therefore focuses on when refunds may or may not be issued.
Try Before You Buy โ 24-Hour Free Trial
Every new member receives 24 hours of free access to all five premium tools โ no credit card required. This lets you fully explore everything and make sure it’s right for you before you pay the one-time $5. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial first.
Our General Refund Policy
Since access to our digital tools and downloads is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final. Because we provide a free trial before payment, we are unable to offer refunds simply for a change of mind or lack of use after purchase.
When We May Issue a Refund
We want you to be happy. We may issue a refund in cases such as:

- errorAccess not delivered โ you paid but were not granted access, and our team is unable to resolve the issue.
- buildPersistent technical fault โ a genuine, verifiable problem on our side prevents you from using the product and we cannot fix it.

Situations That Are Not Refundable
- cancelChange of mind after access has been granted.
- cancelNot using the product after purchase (the free trial exists to test it first).
- cancelIssues caused by your own device, browser, or printer settings.
- cancelDownloading or using the files and then requesting a refund without a valid fault.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and include:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (for example, PayPal or your card). Once approved, please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No Subscriptions to Cancel
Our All Access Pass is a one-time $5 payment, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel โ you will never be billed again.
