Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the party who provided the content.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your signature. We will forward valid counter-notices as required by law.
